Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before checkout. Volare Designers is not responsible for errors made during purchase, including incorrect product selection or shipping information.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.

3. Replacement Policy

Replacements are only offered if:

- The item is damaged upon arrival, or

- The wrong item was sent by our team

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Limit: One (1) replacement per order.

- Change of mind

- Incorrect information entered at checkout

These do not qualify for replacements or refunds.

5. Shipping Responsibility
