Volare Designers – Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Volare Designers does not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Replacements Only (No Refunds)
We only offer replacements under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- You receive the wrong item due to our error
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order details and shipping information
Once approved, a replacement will be sent.
Limit: One (1) replacement per order.
We do not offer replacements for:
- Ordering the wrong product
- Wanting a different design after purchase
- Errors made during checkout
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
